Gpi Group Unlocks New Opportunities via Schwarte Processing Asset Deal

OLSZTYN, Poland – August 11^th, 2025 – Gpi Group, a leading European manufacturer of stainless-steel tanks, has acquired the assets of Schwarte Processing. Operating under the new name Gpi Schwarte, the company unites Schwarte’s proven expertise in hygienic tank construction with Gpi’s international capabilities and growth ambition.

The Olsztyn site is currently being upgraded in preparation for full operation. Original machinery will be reinstalled and the facility refreshed to support a new phase of growth. Once completed, engineering, production, and support teams will work side by side in one location—streamlining collaboration and boosting execution.

Importantly, the existing Schwarte team in Olsztyn will remain on board, contributing their craftsmanship and technical know-how to Gpi Schwarte’s growth journey.
